Co-designed with ministers, public servants, business and community sector leaders, Democracy 2025’s leadership programs aim to become the gold standard for parliamentarians, advisors and senior public servants, and focus specifically at improving trust systems in Australia and integrity in governance. Public sector governance is a fundamental space for sustaining trust between government and citizen. Delivered in partnership with the Institute for Governance and Policy Analysis at the University of Canberra and IPAA ACT, we collaborate on the delivery of high quality practice-based conferences, workshops, masterclasses and postgraduate programs aimed at enhancing the quality of policy formulation, service delivery and collaborative governance across Australia.
